Description
This Mala is made by using 5 Mukhi beads form Nepal.
According to the scriptures, a Rudraksha mala of 27+1 beads is suitable for any kind of Mantra Japa when the total number of times the Mantra to be chanted is not very high.
To complete a count of 108 one has to count the beads 4 times without crossing the Sumeru bead with the fingers.
Regular practice of chanting a Mantra 108 times or even 54 or 27 times can easily be accomplished using the mala with 27+1 beads. The size of the beads should be such that it is convenient to hold the beads while chanting. It is convenient to hold and perform Japa as the Mala is not very long.
